The Restaurant in an ancient 11th century building, La Merla delle Macine is located within the medieval village of Stigliano.

The main room, furnished with taste and elegance, offers an intimate and refined environment, the panoramic terrace overlooks the gentle slopes of the Tuscan hills, offering a unique and suggestive view. Finally, the bougainvillea court is a cosy and reserved outdoor space immersed in the scent of flowers.

At Montestigliano, we are keen to respect and protect the land we live on. We have found a wonderful balance between new and old, between tradition and innovation. The owners offer to advise and organize some activities for their guests such as horse riding, mountain biking or trekking, tuscan cooking lezzons or wine and oil tastings.
